I enjoy all of Evridge Farms products, but we love the Sirloin Steak so much that I try to order them each time I get paid - My guy & I agree that the quality is by far the best.

All of the steaks we purchased were very delicious! The meat has a darker red color than what you find in the supermarket which indicates a healthy, pasture raised animal.

We usually get the prime sirloin from the butcher at HEB, but no more. You can definitely taste the freshness of Everidge Farms cuts in comparison, and they were more tender and flavorful. Cost wise, a little more per pound than HEB, but the marginal difference is well worth it, plus free delivery locally to top things off. Also, being a first time customer and not sure how ordering/delivery process worked, Amanda was quick to respond to my questions. I look forward to buying my future cuts of beef from Evridge Farms and it's nice to know we're supporting a local business as well.
